Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania. She's now an actress from Germany and Romania. Her most well-known movies include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra Maria Lara was the only son of Romanian film actor Valentin Platareanu. In her early teens, Alexandra played the leading part in a variety of dramas on television. In the Oscar nominated film Downfall, her role as Secretary Traudljunge, Adolf Hitler's secretary was also highly praised. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are two other Oscar nominees featuring female stars. Alexandra has been involved in numerous notable national and international projects through the years. The projects comprise British biographical films Control and The Dust of Time as along with the French historical miniseries Napoleon. Also, she was part of the jury for the Transylvania International Film Festival, and also at Cannes Film Festival.
