Denver has been the symbol of Colorado for many people across the globe. While traveling, I may meet people at the other side of the world. As an example, you might meet an individual from New Zealand. And when you tell them you're originally from Colorado people will respond with "Oh John Denver!" Brown stated. Take Me Home Country Roads was one of Denver's top 10 singles following a performance with a small folk music bands. The song was written and produced by Bill Danoff.
